How it works

Simple to search. Clear about what's checked.

Delhi Sewa keeps two ideas apart on purpose: whether a listing is live, and whether Delhi Sewa has verified it. Here is how each works.

If you are looking for a service

    Search by service and neighbourhood.

    Choose a service tag, a neighbourhood, or use your location to see what is nearby. You never need an account to search.

  2. 2

    Read the profile.

    Each listing shows who it is, whether it is a business or an independent professional, and its verification status.

  3. 3

    Decide with the full picture.

    A verified badge means a reviewer approved the evidence the owner submitted. Treat it as one input alongside your own judgement.

Live versus verified

A listing can be searchable long before it is verified.

  1. Draft

    The owner is still filling in the profile. Not visible to anyone searching.

  2. Submitted

    Submitted for verification. The owner may wait for review or publish without it.

  3. Live, not yet verified

    Published and searchable. Verification has not been completed.

  4. Live and verified

    Published, with at least one detail approved by a Delhi Sewa reviewer.

What can be verified

Phone
Confirms the contact number belongs to the listing.
Address
Confirms a physical location.
GST
Confirms a business registration (businesses only).
Identity
Confirms who an independent professional is.
MSME
Confirms a micro, small or medium enterprise registration.

Not yet verified is not a warning. It simply means the owner hasn't completed review.

If you run a business or work independently

Create a listing, add your services, locations and hours, then publish. Invite your team and give each person only the access they need. Submit verification evidence whenever you're ready.
